We recently had the opportunity to chat with Chad Yocom, owner of Media Tree, a video production company in Muscatine, IA about how his team uses BoxCast to produce daily community shows for Hy-Vee grocery store.

What were you looking to solve?

"MediaTree is looking to fill a media void in Muscatine with professional broadcasting of local news, information, and advertising for local businesses. A premier regional grocery store, Hy-Vee, recognized potential in harnessing live stream technology combined with our talented team as a new way to market themselves.

Although Media Tree had great confidence in how the show would look and sound, we had no idea how we were going to pull of the live streaming part of it." -CY

What specific feature do you like most?

"Our favorite feature to BoxCast is that you can schedule the broadcast months in advance while live streaming to websites, social media, and or television." -CY

What's the biggest benefit of using BoxCast?

"No matter how technically advanced your live video switching equipment might be, if your live stream is limited to only one destination, that reduces your reach and ultimately lowers your program’s success.

The huge thing with BoxCast has been their ability to send our live stream to multiple destinations simultaneously. BoxCast makes it possible to reach many diverse target audiences and a range of demographics across many social media outlets.
