Promotion only applies for organizations that 1) create a new trial account after April 1, 2020, 2) go live with the Broadcaster app for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch during the trial period, and 3) subsequently subscribe to a paid BoxCast plan. To qualify for the promotion, the customer must agree to the BoxCast Service Agreement, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. All subscriptions have a 12-month contract term. An early termination fee of $650 or the remaining contract balance (whichever is less) applies for early cancellation. This subscription will automatically renew at the end of the contract term. This hardware promotion is non-cancelable and non-returnable: In the event the subscription is canceled within the next 30 days, the customer will be billed $288 plus applicable tax for the full MSRP of the promotional hardware. Products sold or offered through this website that do not bear the BoxCast brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with terms and conditions packaged with the products. BoxCast's Broadcast Box Limited One-Year Warranty does not apply to products that are not BoxCast branded, even if packaged or sold with BoxCast products. Promotion is not available for existing BoxCast or Sunday Streams customers or organizations that have canceled their BoxCast service within the last six months.
